While we can’t guarantee your pet will never experience a health issue, we can promise that we will do everything in our power to ensure your new companion is healthy from the moment they arrive home.
It all starts with choosing the right breeders. We carefully screen every breeder and only partner with those who meet our industry-leading standards. Even after acceptance into our community, breeders must continue to demonstrate a commitment to raising healthy pets. This includes providing comprehensive health evaluations for every pet they place through us. All breeders are required to keep their pets up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming, and each pet must pass a thorough medical examination before traveling. Finally, to activate your pet’s Health Guarantee and ensure their well-being, we ask that you take your pet to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival. This final step helps us confirm that your new companion is happy and healthy from the moment they enter your home.

It’s important to understand that pets—especially young ones—can become stressed very easily, and stress-related health issues can, in some cases, be life-threatening. Please allow your pet several days to adjust to their new environment before taking them on outings or exposing them to new people or places. We know it’s exciting to introduce your new companion, but for their well-being, we strongly advise against doing so during the first week. Giving your pet time to settle in is one of the best ways to support a healthy transition.
Important Health Notification Policy
If your pet shows any signs of illness within the first four months of being in your care, you must contact me immediately. Failure to do so will void your Health Guarantee.
I require that you reach out to me by phone or email before taking your pet to the vet for any health concerns, other than the required initial veterinary visit within 48 hours of arrival. Time is critical, especially with very small toy breed puppies, and even a few minutes can make a life-or-death difference.
Please note: I am available 24/7 for these situations. It does not matter what time of day or night your pet’s health comes first. Even if you are unable to reach me directly, leaving a message or sending an email ensures there is a record of your attempt to contact me.
